- 30 year fixed rate: 4.625 -4.875% (Depending on loan amount)
- 30 year fixed rate – FHA: 4.25- 4.5 % (only need 3.5% down!!) – WITH SCORES POSSIBLY AS LOW AS 580!!!
- 15 year fixed rate: 3.875-4.25 %
(Rates are based on at least 5% down with at least 720 credit for approved borrowers. Borrowers having less than 720 credit have about .25% higher rate…unless they go FHA)
